Anti-clockwise — how do I check mine?

Look at the existing hose or coupler and try turning it. Five of the six hoses on this shelf are anti-clockwise and one is clockwise, so the odds favor anti-clockwise — but a wrong-handed hose simply will not stay on.

Does the window kit fit my window?

The plates reach 64 inches by the maker’s recommendation, in four pieces of 17 inches. The listing asks you to check your sliding window size first, which is the right instruction: these kits only work on sliding windows, not on casements.
