Worth stating plainly: every pedestal and tower fan reviewed in this network — the Cecotec EnergySilence 790 Skyline, the DREO Cruiser Pro T1, the DREO DR-HPF002, and the LIPETY F9 — is either a bladeless tower design or a fold-flat portable unit. None of them has an exposed, replaceable blade set. This accessory exists for a different, classic fan design that a household might own separately.

Replace the full set, not one blade

Fan blades are balanced against each other at the factory. Swapping in a single replacement blade of slightly different weight, even to fix visible damage, tends to reintroduce the wobble the repair was meant to solve — a full matched-set replacement like this one avoids that problem.
