De'Longhi

Two heaters, two technologies, both missing a room-coverage figure

De’Longhi appears in two families here: electric space heaters and convector & panel heaters.

What we found writing the reviews

A 9-fin oil-filled radiator, safety thermostat included. The TRRS0920 states 2,000 W across 9 fins with a built-in safety thermostat — a straightforward, well-specified entry into oil-filled heating.

A basic convector with three power levels. The HCM2030 runs manual thermostat control with no fan, at 2,000 W across 3 settings — simple, and genuinely fan-free.

No room-size figure on either. Neither listing states a m² coverage rating, which is otherwise published by some rivals in the same families — sizing either De’Longhi heater to a specific room means estimating from wattage alone.

  • De'Longhi HCM2030

    2,000 W · 3 power levels · manual thermostat, no fan

A 2,000 W electric convector from De'Longhi with three power levels — 750 W, 1,500 W, and 2,000 W — a manual thermostat knob, and an automatic antifreeze function that switches on below roughly 5 °C (41 °F). De'Longhi rates it for rooms up to 60 m (197 ft)³, states a safety thermostat and double insulation, and builds in a carry handle for moving it between rooms. There's no programmable schedule and no digital display.

Best for: A medium-sized room up to 60 m (197 ft)³ where you want an established heating brand's straightforward convector without needing weekly programming.

  • De'Longhi HMP1500

1,500 W mica panel, 2 settings, adjustable thermostat, standby anti-freeze below 41 °F, freestanding or wall mounted

A 1,500-watt mica panel heater with two settings and an anti-freeze standby, freestanding or wall mounted.

Best for: A bedroom where blown air is the problem — dust, pollen, a dry throat — and silence matters

    ≈ $130

  • De'Longhi TRRS0920

    2,000 W oil-filled radiator · 9 fins · safety thermostat

A 2,000 W oil-filled radiator with 9 fins, sold under De'Longhi's Radia S line. De'Longhi states a safety thermostat for overheat cutoff, a stepless temperature-and-power dial, its own 'Real Energy' gradual-heat control, and 360° castors with front and rear handles for moving it between rooms. Coverage is stated as up to 60 m (197 ft)³ on the German listing.

Best for: A room you want to heat steadily over hours rather than minutes, where the weight and slower warm-up of an oil-filled radiator are an acceptable trade for residual heat after it's switched off.
